Pamela Berkowsky is an executive management professional with extensive public and private sector experience.  She has served at the highest levels of the federal government in Washington, DC and with the local Virgin Islands government, managing personnel, policy and financial matters.  She earned a Bachelor's Degree from Princeton University, a Master's Degree from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, and was a Fulbright Scholar in Geneva, Switzerland.  

Ms. Berkowsky has been the Practice Administrator at Virgin Islands Ear Nose & Throat since 2002, managing the growth of the practice and ensuring the continued provision of the highest quality, state-of-the-art otolaryngic care to the people of the Virgin Islands.
